The house has a biologic certification.

With an area of 14,000 mts, the property is run with the organic agriculture system, such as the cultivation of vegetables, flowers and all sorts of fruit, and it also produces jam. You can have contact with Farm animals, such as ducks, chicken, pheasants, goats, horses, pigs, amongst other.  

Santo da Serra is located in a plateau with 1,482 hectares, and has a population of 2337 inhabitants, who live off agriculture, fruit-growing, floriculture and traditional trade.  In the parish you can find the oldest Golf Course in the Region, Santo da Serra Golf Course, as well as beautiful old farms, some of which have been converted to tourism, and also the greatest natural lagoon Madeira Island has.

The studio apartments, accommodating four people each, are located on the ground floor and are totally independent from the main house. The features of the apartments include en-suite bathroom with bath and hair dryer, kitchenette, fireplace, direct exit to the lawn and garden, with a view over Santo da Serra Golf Course.
