This agricultural property is situated on the slopes of Funchal. The Levada dos Tornos, which stretches from Camacha to Monte and is excellent for walks, runs through it. Another important levada in the district, Levada da Serra, is 1km further up.

The property consists of a house, where the proprietors live, and three country houses for tourism purposes.

The interior of the houses, decorated with antique furniture and familiar objects, are very cosy.
