Rounf Flat Loaf typical of Madeira

The name of this confectionery it´s because the way it´s made.

5kg flour;
1,5kg potatoes;
100g backing powder;

We join the flour with the water, the salt with the potatoes which were previously mixed. Then we mix all the ingredients together making small bolls. After that we put them in a board and when yeast we put cooking in a stone. This cake should be cooked in a fireplace with firewood.

When we are eaten this cake we can join with anything we want.
