Gastronomic Specialty made with Potatoes

It`s a typical dish in this civil parish

The ingredients:
5kg sweet potatoes;
2kg de potatoes;
2 dishes of french bean;

We wash the sweet potatoes and the potatoes where we make a stroke in the potatoes peel. Put in the pan the ingredients with the salt we want and we have to cover the ingredients with water and a leaf of cabbage. Then we let it cook.

The next step we prepare the boiler that can be of tuna fish or swordfish. When the potatoes are cooked, we put them in a cover made of wicker where we separate the sweet potatoes from the center to put the boiler. 

This dish is served in a teacup.
