There are two separate apartments in the house.

The upper floor apartment has two bedrooms, lounge, living room, dining room, one bathroom, one separate toilet and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The interior decoration is classical, mixed Portuguese and Scandinavian. This apartment is suitable for handicapped persons.

The spacious terrace towards the sea is surveying the garden.

The downstairs apartment has one bedroom, a changing-room big enough for an extra bed if wanted, a bathroom, a drawing-room and a modern kitchen with dining space. You can go out into the garden both from the drawing-room and the bedroom. The interior decoration is modern.

The garden is equipped with chairs for sun-bathing and garden furniture. It is a place for relaxing. There is also a pond with beautiful water plants, fish, frogs and turtles. Small children should be looked after since they can be too excited seeing all this water life.

There is equipment for grilling in the garden or on the terrace.
