Casa da Madalena It’s located on the seafront road in the parish of Madalena do Mar which is part of the municipality of Ponta do Sol in the Autonomus Region of Madeira.
Its attractive climate is sunny, calm and the best in the archipelago of Madeira. It’s a century old house adapted for rural tourism.
The property is 1.100 m2. The parish of Madalena do Mar is generally a flat area of land.
The house is situated between the ocean and an exotic banana plantation, cultivated in terraces, that runs lengthwise through the whole parish, extending aproximately 3 kilometers. It’s an ideal location for a pleasant and refreshing stay.

Main House three double rooms; one family room, with two divisions and a private bathroom; one shared bathroom; one social bathroom; one ample social space, including dining room and living room, conveniently equipped (stereo player, TV, DVD); a full equiped kitchen (stove top, microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator); one living space ( the old kitchen ) with a brick oven and stove top. The living room has a privileged view in all four directions and towards the ocean. Exterior Garden It’s a raised garden that is 42 m2 with flowerbeds and walkways made of rounded pebbles, typical of Madeira, that contours the house. Farm An area of bananna plantation, mango trees of several varieties(taste and smell), pitanga trees, fig trees, lemon trees, medlar trees, are a sample of some of the fruit trees.
