To arrive at Porto Moniz from Funchal, take the Highway towards Funchal - Ribeira Brava. Arriving at Ribeira Brava should follow the Regional Road 101, towards St Vincent. The path can be done through the tunnel, or the old road that winds the mountain from south to north. After passing St. Vincent, followed by the marginal, where we take the left towards Porto Moniz. You can also come by Achadas Cross, where one arrives by Ponta do Pargo or Paúl da Serra.
