Levada das Refertas - Mondays
Relaxing walk through the traditional farmland "Poios" and with fantastic views over Porto da Cruz and Penha da Águia (Eagles rock).

Levada Caldeirão Verde - Tuesdays

Levada Highest Peaks (Pico do Areeiro - Pico Ruivo - Achada do Teixeira) - Thursdays
This fantastic walk starts in the third highest peak of the island "Pico do Areeiro" at approximately 1810 meters height. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the greatness of the island and its fantastic views.

Levada Rabaçal | 25 Fontes - Fridays

Levada Quinta Grande - Mondays
Enchanting all year round this tranquil levada walk will expose its hidden beauty of the unsuspecting walker. This levada walk takes place through an agricultural area, it is here where we can better understand the life of the madeiran farmer. You can also appreciate the panoramic views of the South-West coast in the villages of Quinta Grande and Campanário.

Levada License to Grill - Mondays
Deep in the valley of the western plateau you can admire the rock pools and waterfalls that have been formed over time through the erosive action of the water. This walk takes place along two levadas which are located at different altitudes allowing you to observe enchanting views over the surrounding valleys. This walk is not to be missed. After the walk a regional lunch is served.

Levada Prazeres - Tuesdays

Levada Queimadas - Tuesdays
This levada walk takes place through the emerald green paradise known as the Laurissilva forest that once covered Madeira, today this vegetation can only be seen in certain areas of the island. Along this path one has spectacular views over the village's far bellow of S. Jorge and Santana. The source of this levada is a beautifull waterfall known as the Green Cauldron.

Levada Ribeiro Frio - Wednesdays
This levada walk takes place on the NE part of the island, through the Laurel forest. The walk starts at Ribeiro Frio which is also known as the "Cold stream". This water channel is an important system which is used to irrigate the farmlands of this area. By walking through this native forest you can observe the local birds commonly found in Madeira.

An easy levada walk ideal for the whole family located in the village of Camacha. After the walk, we stop at a local bar where you can taste the traditional drink called "Poncha".

Levada Rabaçal - Thursdays | Saturdays | Sundays
On the North-Western part of Madeira you can explore the evergreen and luxuriant Rabaçal located in the longest valley known as "Ribeira da Janela". Walking through the concealed treasures of the indigenous Laurisilva forest one can see majestic heather trees shaped by the hand of time.

Levada The Great Peaks - Fridays
This mountain walk starts at the mighty Pico Areeiro1810m high and heads off into the interior to Pico Ruivo 1862m through enormous towers of volcanic rocks embellished with basalt dykes. The central mountain range separates the North side from the south allowing us to see as far as the eye. This walk is a must for adventure seekers.

A gentle levada walk through cultivated areas, located in the valley of Machico. Along this path you can observe which local crops are being cultivated and at the same time, you have fantastic views over the bay where the sailors first set foot.

Levada Country side secrets - Sundays
This gentle walk guide us through cultivated terraces with a panoramic view overlooking the Eagles rock that proudly stands on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. On arriving at the end you can try the local "Americano" wine while you admire the fantastic view over Porto da Cruz.
